Who we are and what this policy covers
Silk Matrix is a customer data platform owned and operated by ei1 ( “ei1”, “we”, “us” ), 245 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10011, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit silkmatrix.ai, contact us, or use the Silk Matrix service.
We play two different roles:
- Controller for information about visitors, prospects and the people who manage customer accounts. We decide how that information is used, and this policy governs it.
- Processor for the customer records our clients load into Silk Matrix to match, deduplicate and keep consistent across their systems. For that data, our client is the controller, and our client’s own privacy notice applies. Section 4 explains how we handle it.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the service.
